"3-4 years from now a developer releases a PS3 game (exclusive or otherwise) that BLOWS everything else away in terms of content, gameplay, presentation, graphics... the whole nine yards. I think some ppl miss my point. So are some of you guys saying that Naughty Dog or any other developer will never surpass limits set by Last of Us on the PS3???
Me personally, I think there are developers out there that will always push the limit..... Naughty Dogmight just surpass themselves with another PS3 game in the future.

1998 is definetly the best year of gaming, at least for me. I remember me and my brother saving all our money for the holdiay season that year.
We split the purchases... he picked up the PS1 and memory card and I picked up a dual shock, MGS1 and TEKKEN 3.
One of the best times of my life.

Why is that when a game company get in the lead on generation the fuck it up in the following one
ps2 (leading)-- ps3 (started off weak: price primarily and games)
X360 (leading)-- X1 (is clearly starting off in the worse way possible: DRM, USed games)
It seems the huburis of a company gets so big from doing well in the previous generation that they can do anything they want in the next generation.
I agree 1000%... seeing Ico for the first time when I was in middle school was something else (graphics, theme, gameplay, etc).
But its begs the question... Why is a third iteration of this series (which the past to games were masterpieces) having so much trouble getting to release???
It really is a concerning question. I mean its not Shenmue 3 and KoTOR 3 bad... but its getting there.

The japanese voice actor played Big Boss in MGS3 as well. So it would/does not make sense to have Hayter replaced when the Japanese Snake is still there.
